The upper atmosphere wind is still North, and there's still rain out there. It just doesn't look as good
as I thought it would yesterday. The North wind comes in too late for UL unless you ride in the dark.
I'd wait for Saturday.
Tomorrow slightly warmer, but still not much wind. A slim chance for an 8/16 Dinner Sesh
at UL.
Saturday has better potential at DC and UL.
