8/16 at Grantsville until 11AM or DC 9/18 from 1 until 5 are your best hope.

Thursday looks pretty windless.

Friday a weak weather disturbance juices up Grantsville and DC for light but better than desperation planage.

good marital relations), research your launch for access. Remember
that staying at home is the safest probabilistically and if you do choose to go out
