So there is t-head generated wind out there, but it's erratic and non directional.
You might get a ride if you're rigged and ready from almost any direction, or
you might get flattened and hailed on. DC is the most likely to get consistent wind
in the 7/14M range from 12 until 3. There's strong and gusty NW wind at UL right now,
but that could be gone in an instant. Bay afternoon the rain clears and so does any potential for wind.
