An indomitable dome of high pressure roasts the entire western united states(including Hood River where I currently am)
You know that means almost no wind. You might get foilable NW material with big fat foils and large sails at
UL from 5 until 7 if you can find any place deep enough to launch.

Tomorrow and Sunday, windless, but there is a slim chance for planable wind on Labor Day.
