The wind started coming through about 2. Small whitecaps when I arrived at IB, which seemed like good conditions for a rookie winger. The board I used was an old Starboard Free Formula 168 fitted with a Slingshot SUPwinder. After a couple of walks-of-shame, I managed to sail out and back, a small triumph. As to actual wingFOILING, that's clearly a ways off :((

The water remains fairly warm, but the level continues to recede; it's a long walk from the parking lot to the water!
