DC came up gusty a bit before noon and got gnarlier as the day wore on. A mixed crew consisting of two windfoilers (Dave 'O and me) three wingfoilers and one windsurfer (John Freed). Everyone got rides, but everyone also did a lot of slogging.

Water temp about 62ºF. Water level up past the bushes, but not as high as it has been in some previous years.
