Downhaul on my 7 Cheetah at 4:00 and 5 minutes later the wind ramped. Second rigging on my 5.8 Ezzy got me 45 minutes of great planes on new whitecaps. Wind gust really kicked in at 5 had me spilling a lot of wind in the middle of the lake.... got in another half hour overpowered and called it an evening. Could have been on a 5 meter easily, but when you get old you get lazy...… too lazy to rig a third time, but I'll take an hour and a half in shorty suit. Water temps are still really nice.
