4/5 Grants 6.5M 112L

Postby John Freed » Fri Apr 05, 2019 6:13 pm

Pretty good morning, Ken on a 7.0, me on a 6.5, Greg on his trusty foil and a 4.2. Wind almost kicked up a notch, as Ken rigged a 6.0, but it backed off to 6.5/7.0. Pretty consistent for most of the morning, with a few lulls, and at 11:30 it was all over. Water level now at 70 steps from the fence, but a lot of snow still to come down. AND for the first time in 2019, Ken finally fell in... unlike Greg and I who seem to play in the water a little more!

Ken actually fell in! Or as Jean Claude Killy, the famous French skier when asked if he too fell on occasion...he had to think for a minute then mused "Ahhh yes, I once dragged a hand...back in 1976!"
