7/7/19 GV 115L Board with 5.5 and 6.5 M sails

Reasonably good morning at GV. Arrived about 7:45 to Mike M rigging a 6.5. Started with a 5.5 and got an initial smoking reach and then quite a bit of slogging. Rigged up to a 6.5 and got some nice runs before it started dying off about 10:00. Others out Troy D, Mike M, Mike E, Josh. As a group we started on anything from a 5.3 to a 6.5 but I believe everyone rigged up in the 6.0 range if they didn't start there to begin with. Water is dropping quite rapidly (still close) but that hasn't warmed it up yet. That first fall is chilly. Looking at wind stations looks like it came back and GV blew all day. Still capped up S at the Salt Ponds and through the SLC Valley on my way home.
