Got there at 3:00 and it was barely starting. We both rigged the biggest gear we had with us, John with 7.5/145L and I went with 7.0/135L. We both planed from the 1st reach on but I was only managing it with downwinders. But by the half-hour mark I caught my 1st powered upwinder and it just continued to get better. We were able to switch down to our 112L boards after an hour for some great sailing. It was 70 degrees and the water is definitely warmer than at Grants. A few fishermen around but not enough to cause any Corona worries. Due to the Corona issues they have closed the bathroom facility but they have a porta-potty available. Nice afternoon. The drive is getting worse as Saratoga has added 4 more traffic lights just since last Spring.

Sailing both the Gorge and Utah on my 8'2" HiTech and my 3 Starboards; Sonic 85L, S-Type 115L, and Carve 135L. Small quiver is Northwave, larger sails are Ezzy and Sailworks. Often in my white Odyssey but also in my wife's motor home.
