Got there at 2:00 to 12 to16 mph so rigged 135L and 7.0 and then waffled and rigged the 112L none of which I used. By the time I got my wetsuit on around 3:00 there were lots of whitecaps so I rigged the 6.0 and 86L race board and never looked back. John showed up an hour later and went with 5.8/85L. By 5:00 the wind was in the 20’s and we were ripping. Quit at 6:00 when a dark cloud showed up but ended up derigging in sunlight anyway. I hate the reeds and the dirty water but what sweet sailing. Add in some nice grass and no dust and it is a pretty neat place until the algal bloom starts.

Sailing both the Gorge and Utah on my 8'2" HiTech and my 3 Starboards; Sonic 85L, S-Type 115L, and Carve 135L. Small quiver is Northwave, larger sails are Ezzy and Sailworks. Often in my white Odyssey but also in my wife's motor home.
