Steve B, Tim K, Scott P and I arrived at noon, wind was gusty up and down 5-6M wing foiling . Filled in to solid 4.0-5M around 4pm. stayed on the water very powered up until 730ish. Great launch and beach, clean water and shady comfortable cabanas with picnic tables , firepits and walleye fishing.... Very civilized. I'll be back!

Ah, Starvation Reservoir! Heard of it as a wind sport area for the first time this past weekend from a winger at the Charleston Launch. And then, voila, your post appeared. I'm thinking of driving out and checking out. Is there a preferred launch area for windsurfers?

Beach campground was sideshore west winds. Shady easy access. I have not tried others.
