How about now? Anyone know if this week's heat has added water to rush or is it a dry pan this year?

Rush is a dry bed and will remain so unless several things change, including:
the level of the GSL will have to rise substantially (like 10s of feet)
Water use in the Rush valley (for farming and whatever) will have to decrease substantially.
Winters will have to be much wetter (along the lines of how they were in the 80s).
Summers will have to be much cooler.

None of this is going to happen (in my lifetime).

Ergo, Rush will remain a dimly remembered dream.
