Grantsville Reservoir Wind Meter

Postby John Freed » Tue Mar 09, 2021 6:03 pm

FYI... Bucky Whitehouse / Tooele County Emergency Management got back to me today on the Grantsville Reservoir meter.... Dang... looks like we are still a ways off... if ever????

Hey John,

Unfortunately I do not have the answer for you that you are looking for. We are currently evaluating and planning for maintenance on all our weather stations. We may be replacing some of the components on the stations in the next couple of months on a priority basis. At this point I do not believe the Reservoir site is on the schedule for improvements in the near future.

Feel free to keep checking back with me as we go through the spring months.

Thanks
John Freed

Thanks for following up with them. At least he knows someone cares if there is a windmeter at the reservoir.

John,

... I haven't been to Grantsville in a bit...

Thanks for following up on that... Are we water bugs still welcome on the lake?

I hope that one of these years we have an ice age and Rush fills up again... :))) :oo

A guy can STILL dream!
