Make me a special deal and see if Jason wants it. TSA / Jet Blue frickin hammered his bag. Looks like it's my bag now. Kited 13m yesterday and today. Kinda like SPI ocean side with a weird cross chop. Sunny by day, then wind picks up then rain. not great yet, but it sounds like the weekend should be good. Jason's bag got stuck at JFK yesterday, so I ended up renting a Cabrinha from (2008) I bet. It had a "virtual 5th" line. It was the beat up VW Bug of rental kites. I couldn't let go of the bar because it would go out of reach, and for added safety I had a fricking size large windsurfing harness. And it turned REAL slowly as well, but I still had fun and kited until it rained. Driving here is hilarious. People passing wherever they want, mopeds in crazy directions everywhere, and the kiting can be very similar near shore. Should be a great place when the wind picks up.
