early around 10 in the 6/12M range, and slowly back off until it's gone by about 4 PM.
Probably the best mix of warmth and wind will be around Noon. upper 50s are
probably all you can hope for in air temp, but the clouds should back off and the sun
come out by 11 or so.
Tomorrow, cold and rainy with little potential for wind.
Sunday, planable cold North wind at UL.
