Looking at the IR, a band of rain and clouds is headed through the area now, but I figure by about 2 PM that will have cleared out some,
and you might get rides at DC for a couple of hours. A better bet will be UL for 7/14M gusty SW winds until about 5. Then the strong NW
wind at UL on the switch around 7PM which should last until dusk, be ready with small gear and keep a weather eye on the horizon, it could be risky,
and you don't want to be milking it at the end of the evening either.

Tomorrow, Sulfur Creek 7/14 PM and UL with a pretty nice 7/14M late afternoon through evening. Much cooler air up at Sulfur.

Tuesday does not look windy.

If you feel your sailing is essential(and frankly in my case it is essential to
good marital relations), research your launch for access. Remember
that staying at home is the safest probabilistically and if you do choose to go out
follow the Governor's Social Distancing rules. As I say in my
general disclaimer, these forecasts are for entertainment purposes only
