10 until 3, then ramping up to 5.5/11M conditions from 4 until 7. Willard bay
might also get a little NW wind going in the 7/14M range from 10 until 5.
Air temps warm up to the mid 60s by 3 or so.
Tomorrow, almost windless.
Friday, a return to light but planable winds at DC and Sulfur Creek
