DC will have some 8/16 from 2 until 5, or in might be windless (and rainy with T-heads up there),
so not recommended. UL with a slim chance for 8/16 WNW winds 4 until 7, and again
t0heads that could make that unrideable (or kill the wind).
Tomorrow, slim chance for some DC 9/18 thermal action PM.
Thursday, A better chance for a planable DC thermal.
