Not much upper atmosphere support for DC today, but still thinking
8/16M thermal from 1 until 4, if the rain doesn't get in and mess that up.
Air temps up there in the low 70s.
Tomorrow, better potential for 7/14 PM at UL with partly cloudy skies that
could get a little rainy around 4 PM and air temps in the upper 70s.
Weds looks like a repeat UL day.
