The pattern has changed enough that I think there will be planable wind
in Utah today. Look for 7/14M conditions at Grantsville until 11 AM before the clouds
(and maybe a little rain) roll in. DC looks like it also has potential for 7/14M
conditions from Noon until 5, if it avoids thickened cloud cover.
Tomorrow, light NW winds prevail across the intermountain west, but
I think the night time cold in the Heber valley and rapid daily warming
will still cause a 9/18M thermal at DC PM (almost no clouds).
Tuesday, possible Grantsville AM planable conditions before the
rain rolls in.
