Not much going on in the way of wind today, maybe Grantsville 8/16 until 11, but
even that looks pretty limp as surface winds shift NW.
Tomorrow, surface winds shift enough North to kill DC potential, but should be good
for some 9/18M NW puffs at Utah Lake if it doesn't get rained out there.
Thursday, pretty good planable NW conditions at UL PM.
