Grants is up now in the 6.5 range, and will probably get stronger till about 2 PM. Rush will be planable
from the South with 12M Kites till about 1PM when it might get light out there. DC still looking good,
probably in the 6.5/12 range starting about 11 AM, but the clouds will make it gusty.

Tomorrow looks like an AM South honker at Grants 4.5-5.5, but it won't last into the PM so get there early,
and be prepared for cold weather again. By PM, Rush and UL should be planable from the North in the
12/6.5 range, look for sun breaks amidst the rain and t-heads, as that's when the best wind will be.

Saturday looks like cold rainy 8M sailing at UL or 15M Kites at Rush.
