11:30 update - Strawberry is on with snow squalls and mostly cloudy skies. PC is also on. Skyline still looks socked in.

Today's forecast reads like an April Fool's Joke. However, the jokes on everyone else as there will be some very nice snowkiting conditions the next couple of days. Skyline and Stawberry MIGHT give up rides today, visibility may be an issue and there may be too much snow in the forecast. However, keep your fingers crossed for clearing in the afternoon. Expect wind in the upper-teens to low-twenties, if it clears (more likely to happen at Strawberry). You may also get rides at PC (looks like there is enough coverage) and even in the SLC valley in open fields with wind in the mid to upper-teens. UL will give up frigid rides in the afternoon with wind in the mid to upper-teens and snow squalls.

Friday, the wind is expected to switch from NW to SW around mid-day at Skyline and Strawberry. This pattern will favor Skyline riders with wind in the mid to upper teens and nice powder. Riders at Strawberry may experience funky winds and may experience more of a fade than a wind switch. PowMow should give up excellent rides with plenty of new pow and wind in the low-twenties. Park City may also give up rides with wind in the mid-teens. DC may even go off in the afternoon, but it will be COLD!

Saturday is looking promising at PowMow, Skyline, and Strawberry with west winds and some snow squalls.
