Craig's Where to Ride 4/13

Looks like a premium day to SnowKite at Skyline to me, but I'll let Kenny comment. Water riders will
get planable and cold conditions at Deer Creek today look for the Noon 7.5/12 blow and smoother (for Deer Creek)
than usual till 4 or 5 pm. With 50 Degree air, and ~40 degree water, you're taking some risk so make sure your drysuit is
up to the challenge.

Tomorrow looks pretty windless with a quick shot at a Dinner sesh on a North 7.5/15 M wind at the UL East launches.
Probably only good for about an hour or 2 it will be the best bet tomorrow, but at least the air will be warmer and the
sky sunny.

Thursday looks windless (at the reservoirs).
