Best bet, Sulfur Creek for steady (by Sulfur standards) 6.5 Noon till 6. I know it sounds like
madness after a frontal passage, but I thinK DC has a couple of hours of 7.5/14 in it from 2 till 4.
Plus a rare occurance of the UL South launch North wind in the 15M range for Dinner.
