Deep wet clouds do not make for great wind riding. Right now UL is cranking
North wind in the 4.7/8M range. As a windsurfer, I might take a 4.7 and a 100 Ltr board
out and get some rides, but I think that's mostly storm driven, and will probably
back off when the rain in Salt Lake does. Maybe look for 6.5/12M conditions at the
South end of UL late afteroon to early evening after most of the rain has passed. Don't
forget if you do go out, that it's much colder than usual. Sulfur Creek could also give up
some 6.5 rides PM if you want to tollerate the max 58 degree air temp. The smart
bet is to wait till tomorrow.
Tomorrow looks like another Sulfur Creek 6.5 PM day with airtemps in the low 60s,
but with clearing skies in the afternoon. Probably be a dinner Kite sesh at Lincoln and
ULSSB also in the 15M range. Still darned cold for this time of year.
Weds looks like a pretty good DC thermal is possible.
