Craig's Where to Ride 9/4

Grants looking like 5.5 this AM. figure that to last till Noon or 1. SUlfur looking like 5M conditions
Noon till 6. DC looking like 6/12M conditions starting around 1 and lasting till 5 or 6.

Tomorrow looks good at all UL launches. Windsurfers look for 4.7M North conditions at the
Saratoga Springs park . Kiters should see 8-10M conditions at the South launches startiing
light around Noon and increasing to solid 8M conditions by 6 PM. Sulfur looks soild 4.7
Noon till 6 or 7 and steadier than Saturday. DC looks like 6/12M conditions early (11 AM)
with rapidly deteriorating quality after 1 or 2 PM.

Monday looks windless.
