Another late thermal. Not much happening until about 2. By the time I got to IB the wind was gusting to 24 and appeared to be building. 3.5 seemed like a fairly safe bet. NOT! By the time I got on the water the wind had dropped drastically. It was looking as though I'd really blown it, but then a series gusts started coming through, and I was able to get several fairly prolonged foiling rides. Fading fast by 4. Very uncrowded.
