6/17 Grantsville 6.5

Late start got us there at 9:00. Ken on the water with his 6.0; John F. heading out on 6.5. Both getting some good rides immediately with planer jibes.
That was the call for the next hour, with lighter and stronger periods. Kept blowing on and off (mostly off) from ~10:00-11:00, so gust-waiting/riding the last hour. Beautiful sunny day, lots of folks around the lake fishing, very full campground. Kind of scary/tricky getting the gear over the rail post fence but Ken and John had it down and we learned. Great to be up at G-ville again. The PC104 South Grantsville meter seemed pretty close, reading high teens with gusts in mid 20's.
