SW wind started stirring around noon. By about 1:30 it was starting to look promising. When I arrived at the launch (followed shortly by George and Stone) the wind was light, but a few whitecaps were starting to appear. Stone was first on the water powered by his 5M wing. George went out on his 8.0. The wind was fairly steady by DC standards and just barely enough to permit planing and foiling for about an hour. Brad arrived as the wind was backing off but still managed to pump up on foil.

Amazingly, DC remains filled to the brim. Water temp in the low 70s. A considerable amount of green gunk in the water close to shore.
