Friday DC Island report

wind begain at noon, Jim on a 6.0, lasted till 6pm. Gusty but hey its DC, you could ride an 8.3 on down, no boats, shortie weather. A raft of the usual DC characters. Highlights: no rangers manning the station, freebie time! Water level is lower, a real beach to park your board. Most of the wind was in the channel on Friday...
