9/18 Saratoga Springs, 6.5, RRD TT

Arrived at 4 PM to see 1/3 of the UWA. Sail ranges from 9.0 to 6.9,
so naturally I rigged a 6.5. Actually got some planers on the 6.5,
but the right call was really Sarah blasting around on her 9.0 and Formula
board.

5.5 fr 2pm to 6, Todd, Geo Ward, Dave O and Troy, colder water than DC, those cool WY nights are making it frosty!
