Skyline drive 12/31

Postby mattgreef » Sun Jan 01, 2006 11:32 pm

I came into town for the holidays and was hoping to get atleast one good session in. When I saw the high wind warnings for the mountains on saturday I figured it would'nt happen, but being adventurous I headed out early. I got to skyline about 8:30 and the wind was 12 to 20. I road for about 2 hours up and down the hill and in the flats. It was a great time. The snow was alittle heavy but there were no tracks so it was a smooth ride. I only wish I would have had some company to have enjoyed it with.

Ps. If your ever in the KC Missouri area and want to ride I can let you in on the local scene. There's no South sandy beach but there's plenty of gusty rides to be had.
