Getting to visit and WS in Hawaii in Jan. is such a treat! We went for a wedding, but also hoped to sail. I watched wind reports all week before we went and knew that we had a good chance to be on the water. They've had an unusually windy January, with plenty of high surf advisories. We were not dissapointed, the wind was good and the waves were fun. Our only complaint was that we tired too quickly, and wanted to sail more. The next few days, the wind was pretty light, so we did plenty of hiking, and boogie boarding, and soaked up as much sun, and ocean water as we could. What a great break from the cold!
