No wind at all in the Heber Valley - starting to get a bit hazy, in fact. But Mike Hill had noticed a little breeze in the Jeremy area as he was returning from SLC, so we decided to take a look at Sberry on the off chance it might be blowing a bit up there. And it was, about 9 mph, actually, when we arrived at about 3. We were able to launch our 7.5s and got in about 10 minutes of very mellow riding before the wind dropped to about 2. Decided to check out Chicken Creek on our way home. As we approached, Mike noticed a single kite slowly settling to the snow on the "Chicken Creek East" side. Turned out to be Chasta's 12m, which had been giving him good rides on both sides of the road beginning at about 11. Who'd have guessed (other than Chasta)?
