Hi guys... my 9 year old black lab died a month ago. He died a couple hours after playing in the water at UL SSB. It was very sudden and I believe it was the same symptoms and progression as the dog that just previously passed. So do not take your dog's there.

The symptoms are:

Lethargy, vomiting, shock, then death. It happens/happened very fast and had no time to get to the vet.

Sorry for your loss greg.

Man, that's terrible Greg. So sorry.

I went out at SSB on Sunday. I got a mouthful but feel ok. I never felt that great about it. There was green all along the shore and in the pools. It may be my imagination but the water seemed to have a green tint to it.

I'll go out again if it's a big day, otherwise I'll stay at Deer Creek.
