Tried to go sailing at Saratoga today and the marina was closed. The access road is closed and they are laying large pipe all the way down the access road. It looks like they are building a sump/building where we usually park and launch, The north end of the parking lot is roped off as well as the north end of the picnic area. There is also a rope across the opening in the dike, the boat ramp, and the south dike. The restroom is locked. From the amount of large equipment and building supplies it could be down all spring. I will start trying to find out what is happening tomorrow.
