Sulfur is the call today. Pretty good wind in the 6.5-5.5 range all afternoon
up there. With the cold air, you'll want some extra warm insultion both
on and off the water. Rain showers should clear out in the late afternoon for
steadier winds. I'm going against the NWS and calling for DC this PM also.
Gusty SW 7.5-6.5 winds should be available mid afternoon.
Slight potential for an evening ride on a North switch at SSB.
