DC looks like the call again for gusty SW wind in the PM. Might get
up to 6.5 but probably 7.5 mid afternoon. Sulfur will be the same.
Some chance for some gusty PM Kite rides at Rush on the South.
Tomorrow looks strong at Rush with potential SW rides at MM19.
