Where to Ride 4/16

Postby Craig Goudie » Sat Apr 16, 2005 8:48 am

Not much potential. Best bet for Kite boarders will be Rush in the PM,
but with so much West it will be gusty 20 M stuff. Windsurfers might get
a few 8.5-10 M rides at DC, and I'd go to the dam. There's actually better
potential at Sulfur if you can tollerate the slurpee effect.

Tomorrow is looking much better, if you have to pick a day, wait for
Sunday.

8) [color=blue]Craigster,
I'm chomping to go to Mona Sunday. What are the odds? The weather sites lookm a bit flukey. Is there any major push? Or should we just go close Alta with the fat boys?

Mona Wind Sunday

Postby Craig Goudie » Sat Apr 16, 2005 11:01 pm

Hi Tripp,

You're probably talking 7.5 at Mona in the PM. You'd probably
get as good or better at DC. The real wind is going to be at Rush
though. It'll be very windy on top of High Rustler! If ya go, make some
turns for me.
