Where to Ride 4/18

Another good day. The best wind will be at Rocky Point about 3 PM. Look
for steady 5 Meter action (on a windsurfer). That will carry down to SSB
for some happy Kite board rides as well. Rush looks nice and steady in the PM also, but could be ridden all day with a swap to smaller kites in the PM.

And, you can get some pretty good rides at DC from about 11 to about 2,
but don't wait, because I think it'll shut down hard after 2.

Enjoy!

How cold will the water be?
Is a 4/3 with booties good enough?

Well, Danger D sailed MM19, and he doesn't have a drysuit. The fishing
report says low 50s, so you make the call.

It's crankin' at the south end of Provo tight now...25 mph. I hope someone is getting some...

I just did... and I got spanked! It is sooo fun to be back sailing even with my body getting dragged half across the lake ;) It was really cool also to see familiar faces on the beach!
Water is nice and toasty, the air was a little chilly but my hands were just fine.

I definitely need to buy some small sails back as soon as I am done completing my big gear because today my 4.9 was NOT the call!
