Live 2 Kite has a brand new 07 55cm bar for 223.00 I bought one from them a while back. Shipping was fast.

I've got an inexpensive bar/lines that I'd sell you for around $100. It is brand new. You might need to replace the center line though for a waroo because the current line is too short. An easy thing to do.
