More gear advice

I'm looking to retool my kite quiver a little bit. I'm not quite ready to purchase anything just yet but just trying to do my research.

I think what I want is a kite that is 1-2 seasons old (not ready to pay new yet) and features one of the newer delta designs (not bow not c). I think I also want one with a kite safety system that flags the kite on to one line only, when the leash is activated. Is that pretty standard fare now with the stuff that's out there?

Anyway what kind of stuff is pretty awesome that fits into these categories?

As for size, I want a 10m and maybe also a 13m. Suggestions!?
